In the early 1990s, Dr. Edmund Mndolwa and his spouse had an idea; to create a family summer house on 20-acres of land in Lushoto town. Originally designed as a private retreat facility, the property’s location and facilities attracted a wider interest over time. Meanwhile, in Dar es Salaam – Masaki where the family formerly resided, the facility was remodelled to provide convenience to people seeking comfort, privacy and quality living. These facilities later took the name Eddies Residence.
